生命誌研究館（Biohistory Research Hall）は、1993年6月に大阪府高槻市に設立され、生命科学に関連した研究と展示を行っています。開館と同時に創刊された季刊「生命誌」は、26年を経た今年6月に100号が刊行されました。
Briséesでは、季刊「生命誌」100号を記念し、店内にて生命誌研究館の活動や研究を紹介するパネルや季刊「生命誌」バックナンバーの展示、書籍・グッズの販売を行います。
この機会に、Evo-Devo-Eco（進化・発生・生態系）を軸に進められてきた研究と新たな表現を試みてきた生命誌研究館の活動に是非触れてください。

生きものを見つめ、研究し、その過程や成果を表現することを通して、自然・生命・人間について考える場（ホール）です。「生きてるってどういうこと？」と考えて周りの生きものを見ると、多様でありながら共通性を持っていることに気づきます。38億年前に生まれた祖先に始まり、一つ一つの生きものが生まれる発生をくり返す中で進化が起き、複雑な生態系をつくってきたのです。私たちはそこにある生命の歴史を読み解き、読み解いた歴史物語を美しく表現することで、生きものの魅力を実感し、生きることについて考えています。「生きている」を見つめ、「生きる」を考えるお仲間として、ぜひご参加ください。JT生命誌研究館

The Biohistory Research Hall is a forum (hall) where we examine, study what it means to be alive and express the processes and results of that work. When thinking about what does it mean to be alive, we begin to recognize the great diversity and commonality in the living creatures around us. Life began with our first ancestor 3.8 billion years ago, which went on to give rise to all the myriad species of living things that through cycles of development, and complex ecological systems in turn. We can read the history of life within that story. By giving exact and beautiful expression to the story of the history of life, we develop an appreciation for the fascinating appeal of living creatures, and sense of curiosity and wonder about life. By contemplating what it is to live and to be alive, we hope to contribute to the development of a society that treasures life.JT Biohistory Research Hall
